2Services
QRaft provides QR code generation, scanning, customization, and physical product ordering services through our mobile application.
3User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4User Content
You retain ownership of content you create. By using our services, you grant us a license to store and process your content as necessary to provide our services.
5Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for illegal activities, to create harmful or offensive content, or to infringe on others' rights.
You may not:

- • Create harmful or offensive QR code content
- • Infringe on intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to reverse engineer the app
- • Abuse or overload the service
6Payments and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Physical products are eligible for refunds within 30 days if defective.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your store account settings.
Physical Products
Marketplace purchases are eligible for refund within 30 days if the product is defective. Custom engraved items cannot be returned unless defective.
7Limitation of Liability
QRaft is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
